Cowan and Emily

These two kind souls are truly meant for each other. The way they looked at each other showed how deep their love is. It was a great honour and privilege to see Emily & Cowan commit themselves to one another! We made sure to capture this special love on film for all to witness.

This sunny occasion was held on and around the grounds of Tuscany Falls in Mokena. I couldn't have to ask for a more beautiful day for these two to get married! Spending time with E + C throughout the day and getting to know them more was such a pleasure for Dom and me.

The reception was full of very heartfelt toasts that showed that they won't be in short supply of support as the face the life ahead of them.

Not only was seeing the wedding unfold a sight to see, but we also worked alongside Photography by Lauren which may the day flow swimmingly. We can't wait to work with Lauren again in the future!

My best goes out to you both, Emily & Cowan! Here's to your lifetime with each other.

Cheers!

Kim and Andrew

The only things more beautiful than this warm September afternoon wedding would be the bride and groom. Kim and Andrew were a terrific couple to be with all day. Their excitement and joy radiated from the word “go.” Conway Farms Golf Club offered the amazing rolling green scenery for a gorgeous outdoor wedding. It was a pleasure working along side with Rachel Osbourn. I will be thinking about that perfect summer afternoon for a long time. Kim and Andrew are clearly meant to be together and I couldn’t be happier for them. Congratulations.

Vanessa and Rene

Man. These two.

I had the greatest time getting to know these two over some coffee in Andersonville. I related to each of them individually on some pretty cool levels. Vanessa is exploring photography which is a side hobby for me and Rene is big on the Marvel Universe plus loves his craft beer... Like I said. These two. Killing it.

This is one of those weddings where you could see the love between these two. Once we got to the ceremony and V+N read their vows, I really got to feel the depths of their love for each other. They go way back and have experienced a lot together. And whenever you have someone alongside you through the trial and tribulations, your love for that person goes deeper beyond words.

Okay. Enough mush from me.

So these guys are killer salsa dancers! It actually was a part of the initial spark of their relationship. Never heard that one before, but it definitely is a super fun story. Their reception had some of the best dancing that I've ever seen! Vanessa's family basically salsa dances every family party, so I was definitely impressed with the moves busted out from all ages on the floor.

V + N, congrats you two. And all my best goes out to you both as you live as one for the rest o your days.

Susan and Lee

Tin and I were privileged to spend the day with Susan and Lee on their wedding day. The skies threatened us with some early morning showers, but were just perfect and held off us and it turned out to be a beautiful day. Susan and Lee were warm and welcoming people and their wedding reflected just that. Ovation Chicago offered, yet again, a beautiful venue for both the ceremony and reception and we just can’t get enough of that place. Tin and I were entertained with how good all their guests were at dancing, it was a real treat. Susan and Lee, we couldn’t be happier for the two of you! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Holycross.
